Returns and Exchanges

■Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective.
Please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of product arrival, stating the reason for the defect.

■Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
For returns due to customer reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost.
In the case of defective products, we will bear the cost.
